Good Weekend

Well its that time of year again. The last bank holiday of the year. Bank Holiday’s are obviously most people’s favourite weekend, and I love them cause its a good excuse to get drunk more than normal.

I was hoping to make the small amount of money spread over the weekend, however I decided on Friday that I would go out with Sharon and Liam for a tipple or too…. except me and Sharon started to enjoy ourselves a little too much and ended up getting drunk and coming home about 5am, thus meaning that I spent all my money and the rest of the weekend in. Course it could be worse, some people have not been out at all.

It was a good night on Saturday. I went to Imperial for the first time in ages and the queens were on. Now its a known fact that I’m not a big fan of the queens or that sort of environment. But in all honesty I had a great night. It’s really really busy down there compared to the rest of Ashton. But I STILL beleive that the rest of Ashton will rise again.

On another note, I’m still trying to get Mac OSX on my PC, but I seemed to be getting blocked at every turn. I will get round to it though!

Not much else to right now, except to say I now have 2 of the six cups avaialable from McDonalds! I want the pink one!

Lost Internet

Well I’ve not wrote on here for a bit coz my broadband broke, but I’m back again now and using o2. It’s a bargain really for the price, I just hope their service is good. Be let me down and I couldn’t afford to sort matter out with them so sod it!

Was my birthday on Saturday and it was a bit of a turbulant day really. Started off well, and slowly but surley it went downhill as people kept letting me down and I ended up in a shitty mood and going to F&B’s with my Mum, then Gemma saved the day and decided to come out with me. So I didn’t get stuffed as much as usual at F&B’s, but I’ll do it some other time.

I had a brilliant night. That was really all I wanted for my birthday. Got £10 off Susan, £5 off Gavin which went towards might super night of crazy drunkeness, and boy did I get drunk.

Champions League

Man United won the champions league against Chelsea last night. It was a 1-1 draw and went to penatlies but United managed to just make it winning 6-5 on penalties. Was a really good game with 2 English team and I was really really happy that Manchester United won. I’ve not been to see United this season as much as I would have liked down to illness and money but I still follow them as much as I always have done.

Well done United!!

Got a cold

Well I’ve got my first cold in like….ages! When my colitis was flairing….infact even when it wasn’t so bad, I used to get a cold every month or at least ill every month. Since starting the Methotrexate in October last year I’ve not had a cold which. It’s just brilliant that I’ve gone this long without being ill.

I actually know who I caught it off, haha! But it’s ok, I was due to catch one sometime, everyone catches colds. I’m just amazed that it’s lasted so long and hope this is a one off and my run’s not gonna start again.

Right my KC Spaniel is tormenting me now so I’ll have to go!

A spider on my bed

I was woke up during the night by a rattling down the side of my bed. Half asleep I tried to look what was going on but couldn’t see anything and in my half concious state I was convinced it was a mouse or something terrible and decided to sleep on one side of the bed.

Not long later I woke up and right in front of my was a spider about the size of a 50 pence peice, I closed my eyes in disbeleif and open them again and it was gone! By now I’m pretty convinced I’m halucinating, hearing things….generally going insane and I pretty much tossed and turned all night in fear of a mouse and a spider.

This morning I woke and told my mum that I’d be hallucinating, that waking up and seeing quite a big spider just dosn’t seem logical.

After my restless night I was pretty tired and fell back asleep. I woke, came sort of too and went to greet my cat alfie who was on the end of my bed. And then to my disbeleif….was the Spider!!! I watched it crawl from one side of the bed to the other. I was pretty shocked to find that a spider is living on my bed and the fact it seems to come to life while I’m sleeping. I don’t mind spiders, but I’d be pretty horrified to find one on me, so maybe it’s best it does it’s deeds while I’m asleep :-S

I’m well bored today! It’s going well slow and theres nothing to do. Might go on my wii later, that’ll pass a bit of time on.
Wish I was going out then I could be getting ready ((((
Oh and Liam should get his Wii online!!!!

Hmm I’ve just noticed that wordpress dosn’t have that thing anymore where you can add what tune your listening to.

A cat has just shit in the neighbours carrot patch! I won’t be taking up their offer of carrots this year!!!

The week just gone

Well the week just gone went pretty well. Ended up going out on Sunday. Had no cash so Gemma paid for me to go out with her. I enjoyed the night to be honest and I had to apologise to someone for something I’d been told and got angry about the previous week, but that went well too. Ended up going looking at a friends new house, very nice indeed…but a long story. Way to long to bother with on here.

I’ve had a pretty busy week really. Had to go down Ashton on Tuesday and Wednesday and the weather was really nice. Thursday I went to Susan’s house as it was her birthday and I needed to drop of her card. Also a chance to have a right good gossip and see baby Dylan who’s coming along just lovely. He’s gorgeous. Friday I was at a bit of a loose end, but Liam invited me to his workshop to have a look round and drive around while he did some jobs. Really enjoyed that as well. So by Friday night I was pretty knackered and ended up having an early night.

No plans for the weekend, I’m skint till Tuesday, I doubt I’ll have a saviour this week so I’ll just have to save the drinks for next week. As usual I’d like to have plans but have non, theres something in particuar I’d like to be doing but I’ve got the feeling that won’t be happening….maybe that’s a good thing….

I hope next week is as active. I’ve got plenty to be doing on Tuesday at least!

Feeling Better

Well I’ll start with my dizzy spells. They seem to have gone thank god, they were doing my head in and jepordising my weekend out. However I might not be going out this week as I am low on funds and next week is Susan’s birthday and were going out for that. It’s very difficult to accept that I have to stay, esp as its a bank holiday weekend and I fancied going to the Ruby Room’s on Sunday, infact given the chance there are several nights I would have gone out!

Labyrinthitis

Well I woke up on Tuesday and the room was spinning again, and I still felt like crap today so decided to go to the doctors to find out why I felt drunk when I was sober and it turns out I have something called Labyrinthitis where the Labyrinth in my ear is inflamed which affects my balance and makes me feel sick and dizzy. Anyway I’ve got some medication to stop it, however the medication says not to mix with alcohol….so I think I’ll give them a miss! It is bank holiday weekend!

On a brilliant note which I really should have mentioned before but didn’t was that last night United beat Barca 1-0 thanks to a Paul Scholes screamer and are now through to the European Cup final. Guess we’ll find out who against tonight!!!!

Well decided to out on Saturday night with Gucci, Liam and his cousin. We had a few hiccups along the way but it was a good night and a very cheap one! Bought two reefs and somehow ended up with 2 free jugs all because the orange was stuck to the bottom of the reefs…..nice one! So by the time we left Ashton for Bridge, I was well and truly on my way!

We went to the Ruby Rooms. Somewhere I’d been looking forward to going. But to be honest although the music was good, it seemed to lack a bit of atmosphere. However it’s a new bar, so I’m sure things will pick up. Esp with the great drinks offers they had on.

Ended up bumping into a good friend of mine and when everyone had gone home, I spent the night having a good old natter. I very much enjoyed it.

Woke up not feeling as hungover as I thought I would, so Sunday was just a chill out day and Monday I woke up in the strangest manner…..the room was spinning!!! Isn’t this sort of thing supposed to happen when your bladdered? Not when your sober?!? Anyway, I spent the rest of the day sleeping and although later the room had stopped spinning I still feel really dizzy…Soooooo god knows what that’s about!
